They should not even touch in on the same damn crap the previous Batman movies did.
That would mean they do not need a riddler, a penguin, catwoman, nor a fucking boy wonder. That sort of crap is just used to sell merchandising and dilutes the story lines.

There are more than enough villains and plot lines to pull from without going to the same well over and over again.
