We moved ours in the past, (AWW 5.0), and it worked fine, but have since switched to a different CMS since AWW isn't being developed any longer, plus the security issues of AWW got to be too much. YMMV
As for other scripts porting the data, I don't know of any, but I'm sure if you ask, most will do it, some free, some for a fee, I would imagine.
