I've run into that a lot. Not with Paul's content that I recall. You can batch rotate in groups by highlighting all the files that need rotated in one direction and right clicking and go to rotate. Does it in XP and Vista. Still a pain no doubt. Everything we shoot ourselves is auto rotated in photoshop by the exif info. Time saving.
