Nobody from any side got the death penalty, you braindead muppet. The statutes of the ICTY do not permit it.

Ramush Haradinaj - He was acquitted on April 3rd, 2008, because of lack of convincing evidence.

Sefer Halilović
On November 16, 2005, Halilović was acquitted on all charges and released. The Court found that, while murders considered war crimes did occur at those places, Halilović did not have command authority...

Enver Hadzihasanović was found guilty for failing to prevent the death of a prisoner of war and cruel treatment, on the basis of superior criminal responsibility and sentenced to five years in prison. He appealed against the first-instance judgment and was released provisionally in June 2007 pending the judgement of the Appeals ChamberOn 22 April 2008 the Appeals Chamber reduced his sentence to 3½ years.
So, in your opinion, anyone that gets indicted should be sentenced automatically?

Some serbs that got indicted got acquitted, others got large sentences. Some croats that got indicted got acquitted, others got large sentences. Some bosniaks that got indicted got acquitted, others got large sentences.

Guess what? Trials don't exist to rubber-stamp any indictment that comes along. Some people will get off, some will get light sentences, some will get harsh sentences. That's the whole fucking point.
