1970. Something that the guy, incidentally, did serve time in prison for.
Meanwhile, it's a simple fact that FAR more bosnian civilians than serb civilians were killed during the bosnian war. Had the bosnian military been stronger, it probably would have been different. However, that's an "if", and "ifs" don't do so well in courts.
