The episode was broacast on 3/5/2003 and the title was:
"Is a war with Iraq part of a U.S. secret plan for global domination?"
Several other people in this very thread indicated that they watched the episode in question.
The conclusion that Koppel drew was that there was a plan of sorts but he did not come down either way definitively.
