Agreed. Even if the bill passes the house it won't make it through the senate. Bush would never sign it, Obama might, but McCain never will as well so it has no chance in hell.
In the article is says: "The vast amount of human activity ought to be none of the government's business," Frank said on Capitol Hill. "I don't think it is the government's business to tell you how to spend your leisure time." That is the problem, many of our leaders think they should be able to control our day to day lives.
I think is should be made legal, but I don't see it happening any time soon.
