We will be sending an email soon to all clients with information on the upgrade process and a rough time line.
We are also happy to announce new support features and a new pricing structure!
We will now be offering phone support to our clients. You will be able to call direct during our office hours and speak with someone directly for support.
Our office hours will also be increasing very soon from 10am to 6pm to 10am to 12am (midnight). We will continue to increase our hours with the goal of soon having the office staffed 24/7 with technical support staff.
The new pricing structure is as follows:

The install cost has been changed from $500 to $250.
The support & training package has been changed from $1000 to $500.
This brings the upfront fees of NATS from $1500 to $750.
The monthly lease tiers are being changed to the structure below:
Signups per month - Monthly cost
0 - 300 - $150/mo
301 - 750 - $350/mo
751 - 2000 - $650/mo
2001 - 5000 - $850/mo
5001 - 9000 - $1150/mo
9001 + - $1450/mo
In order to take advantage of the new phone support you must be on the new pricing tiers.
The one time license fee for NATS is now $19,500 including one year of unlimited support and upgrades. Our yearly support contract is available after that at a cost of $2500/year.
