I started a gay microniched dating site (like gay bareback dating) and have 1,200 members. Theyre free signups.

What should I do now?

Should I keep taking in more free members and build it up? Should I start charging new people who want to jin?
Keep it free but put a ton of banners up?
I dont want to fuck this up, but want to start making money from it.
