Make a trip, set up a reservation at the Catamaran Resort located on the Bay. Get a room that walks out to the beach. On the Bay, less then a 3 minute walk across the straight to the ocean the other direction, cool area, lot's of beautiful laid back people.

I now take vacations blocks away from where I used to live.

I think I'm going to take a trip out to Hollywood in a week or 2 to visit an industry friend. I will setup that exact vacation as the second leg of my trip. Thank you for the tip
