To learn the truth about oil, one must read the work of geologists and oil-industry scientists - neither economists nor the talking heads on CNN can provide as accurate a discourse on this subject.
Don't just read this one article, go to geological websites and read those too. When you have done all that, you will see that what this writer is saying is bang on.
