They are really weird about returned checks. We had one returned the other week - it was obviously an accident as we get 12-15 checks from them every period and all the others arrived, so the returned one must have just got lost in the post somewhere. But they e-mailed us a really uptight message, wouldn't tell us which revshare the check was for, how much it was for or anything like that. It took them a week to reply to our message and even then avoided the question. It took several phone calls to straighten it out and get them to re-issue the check. What's all that about?
As Mikeee said, most companies just re-send the check. I got the feeling they were seriously expecting to keep the funds just because the check was returned.
