Why do some feces float and others sink?
because some feces has pockets of methane and this makes it float. If you evacuate quickly after feeluing the urge to defacate, then your feces have ample methane-if you hold on to your feces then you are not only anal-retentive, but you are a veritable flatus factory-but your feces will sink.
Is it healthier for human feces to float or to sink to the bottom of the toilet?
To sink down! If they float that means they are full of toxins and fat which means your diet is not the most appropriate one!
