This usually happens especially when the show has booked the entire hotel for this one event. Dont worry....they charge all of us...but it is only what you have already agreed to pay. ;)

Oh, I didn't have a problem with it! This is just the first time it's happened to me. Usually the hotel says a deposit MAY be charged, but this is the first time it's actually happened.
