True dat. Tampa has the most strip clubs, "lingerie" shops, adult bookstores, and swing clubs than I've ever seen in a US city. You can't throw a rock around the Bucs stadium without hitting an adult establishment.

I think he might also be referring to the large amount of teacher/student sex the Tampa area seems to have.
