Do they often terminate one of your accounts without an explanation?
If so, do you end up asking them to explain themselves several times and receive only vague or not relavent responses?
I don't understand what the story is, here, the guys owning the program are known to be good people.. I thought? Who is at the switches at

I have been very friendly and provided detailed information about me and my account but I've just now realized that it is in vain and sent:
"It's too bad that you still cannot explain what happened after being asked four times..
I would have been very pleased to know!"
