It was 21 months plus $715,000 fine and forfeiture of ill gotten assets including their home.
What's funny about it is they hit him for $715k on the tax evasion and then confiscated all his assets gained from spamming so that he couldn't sell them to pay the fine. What a deep hole to be in!
