The surfer will have to make some kind of purchase (even $1.00) for you to get the $50pps. Currently we are tracking free sign-ups/CC verification in NATs and do display them to the affilaites. At some point we are going to start paying on the Free's, most likely sometime this fall. Hope that helps.
