Not sure if you have one (and it won't help now), but when you get a new laptop the best thing you could ever buy is a
laptop cooler. It plugs into the usb port and has a couple fans in it and sits under your laptop. They're like $15-$30, and makes my laptop feel as cool as when it's off. Even if it's been on for hours and hours. Ice cold. Before I used it my laptop got extremely hot. Like fry your motherboard or hard drive hot.
