Please don't interpret this post as me being a dick, because that's not at all my intention. Do you really expect to get 40X your posted monthly income? That seems like a lot of money for sites that you admit will require a lot of work. It sounds like you are pricing based on potential, not current, value.
I wish you all the best - I really do, but I just can't see it. I don't claim to be an expert in site prospecting, but damn - that's a lot of money for $500 monthly income.
