I really envy that. I read somewhere that it's a good idea to constantly get up at a set time, but go to sleep only when you are tired, so that your body "knows" it has to be up at x AM whether or not you've actually had "enough" sleep.
Problem is, my body "knows" that I have fuck all to do during the day so it can't be bothered to start it.
