I weigh 120lbs and during the summer this was my eating schedule:
1) breakfast at home - bagel and misc. things
2) supersize #2 at mcdonalds - (2 cheeseburgers, fries and lemonade)
3) see #2
4) misc snacks and mass amounts of munchies in between. Didn't gain a pound.
