I try to get outside and do something a few days a week. If its not mountain climbing , motorcycle riding or some kind of snow sport..its rollerblading, walking, or epi machine for me.
My arms are really buff for a girl that is my age. I have cut triceps and no turkey waddles. I think this is from all the motorcycle riding I do.
I got bored with the Gym workout..it was only nice to ogle the buff guys.
