Weds Weightlifting Back & Biceps & Abs
Thurs 30-40 minutes Cardio on stairclimber
Fri Weightlifting Legs
Sat Weightlifting Shoulders & Forearms & Abs
Sun Cardio 30-40 minutes on Stairclimber
