Cilantro sounds cool, but please don't over estimate my enthusiasm. I do the walnuts because they are quick and easy. Two of the primary qualities I look for in any kitchen adventures.

I knew there had to be one topic that would draw you out. Hope all is well. Say hello to the missus.

I sprinkle brown sugar at the end.

1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
about 1 pound nuts

2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp worcestershire
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
about 1/2 pound nuts

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup honey
dash salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
about 1/2 pound nuts

2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup worcestershire
1 tbsp ketchup
2-4 dashes hot sauce
about 1/2 pound nuts

3 tbsp butter
1 pack onion soup mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cumin
about 1/2 pound nuts
There are a couple spices mentioned that I had thought about and the Worcestershire instead of soy opens up whole new ideas. So thanks,
