I recently learned how to make gingered walnuts. I figured if you could use ginger, you can substitute other flavorful spices and still come out with a tasty treat.

I tried nutmeg, not too bad. Figured I would try cinnamon next. Anyone have any spice suggestions that would go good on walnuts?
