So because he didn't say anything, he didn't do anything wrong? The economy of the 90s was based largely on vaporware like the dot com industry, overvalued stock and criminal corporate accounting. I'm sure that all sounds great to you, huh? It was going to crash sometime, and started to do so at the end of 1998.
