It's been around for ages, and was popularized back when the trash (Pammy) and her bonehead bo (Tommy) released their boring tape. Also, many flocked to the (plastic) body modification specialists after Jenna released her ""tell-all"" .
What most fail to realize is that females have been getting circumcised for decades, just like males. (No! I am not referring to female genital mutilation.)
But, why people are shocked is the real kicker. Society, especially in the US, is so bent around plastic beauty, or producing a phony/false image, that this is merely the natural progression. (When I say ""natural"" I am not referring to the modification.)
