My point is that anyone who says that cardio is pointless is just wrong, also, there is plenty of research on the topics of LISS (low intensity steady state - like walking or Medium intensity - like powerwalking - what i do) versus HIIT (which my bicycle riding is up and down a lot of hills) - they both have benefits, and that's why I do both.

The bottom line is, get off your ass, do some exercise, you will get some benefit - keep doing exercise if you want to keep getting that benefit.
I agree with you I was just talking about study done with people with over 5 yrs of keeping off over 50 lbs. They said intense exercise was the key, that going for a after dinner stroll doesnt do it. That was my only point and you're doing what they spoke about so why are we going back and forth? lol
