Funny card yes (definitely made me laugh) we all love enjoy ego and attitude in this biz or we would not be here.
That said...it sort of does away with needing to attend a show if you don't feel anyone there has anything to offer except friendship? And if that is the case then why attend adult webmaster conventions? Why not attend a surfer show? Or perhaps a travel conference?
I am a program owner, I am a sales person and a I am a webmaster. I like to see every person as an opportunity to make more business. In this industry we are unique in that often in making business for yourself the person you are working with is also receiving a benefit even if there is a cost attached.
So riddle me this fellow "Business Men and Women" what is that you hope to achieve at a show if you aren't buying and you aren't selling? Then what would be the point of networking exactly?
