That is right. But you will probably not be using that 3000 gb because of the peaks and valley in your traffic. A reasonable expectaton would be 2200-2500 gb/month.
If your traffic uses at some time more then the 10 mbps connection, those surfers will receive slow responses( queue) or get denied access to your server

No, unmetered dedicated 10 mbps is yours only. Nobody else uses your connection.
