All I could say is...
If they were inneffective.. people would not use them.. or at least not so many..
But remember they are good for more than just the 3 bux that they get.. first off.. is a good way to entice the surfer.. to sign up.. less money to risk.. then once that person has signed up.. you have a person who has a credit card and who will use it to buy porn.. so then u can sell him up on shit.. ;)
