I coach a bunch of pee-wee cheerleaders for the local school system. About 4 years ago, our youth organization (the football players, cheerleaders, and danceline) did a raffle for a shotgun as one of our fundraisers. Each kid had to sell at least 10 tickets. I always thought that was the most bizarre thing ever, but apparently no one ever complained.
