The upper echelon of the pornography industry has a huge amount of checks for STDs, and if anyone is found to have one of the ones that as of yet does not have a cure they are put on a blacklist that is distributed to all other producers. This is also why you see some stars come and go for a time, they are under review if they have happed to have had sex with someone who has been caught with an STD and they can't be used until they are cleared. That being said, there are also numerous companies that work with porn stars that have specific STDs so if two porn stars have JUST herpes they will be able to work together without caring about spreading it their partners. Of course these aren't the mainstream sites you see online, and you probably don't know which sites they are either.
