I agree that younger women have more choices in men however, I think that older women who take care of themselves are hotter than many young girls. Yes they have to try harder. And a lot of guys prefer older women nowadays. Not all though. I'm just saying, I don't think it's quite as cut and dry as you put it.
As for older men, the age thing DOES affect them more than you think. A lot of women prefer younger guys nowadays because men are becoming successful young as well and have the money to go with the looks. Older guys can still get a young woman, especially if he has money at his disposal, but a lot of young women I know wouldn't fuck an old man. Plain and simple. So the young women who only marry an older man for their money only have character problems. Not the type of person that I personally would consider a trophy.
But yes it's true, getting guys is way easier on a girl under 25. At that age they are cuter, of course, and they are niave. And also they don't have all the baggage yet usually like kids, divorces, and etc as older women do. I will admit to that.
