It's not my place to say "all is forgiven", it obviously isn't with those guys. I will say that as long as you cool it with the smartass you sometimes like to toss my way (admittedly there's been nothing recently) I can say I have no issue with you.

Yes, they were. Because he had threatened me and said to "beware, any of your new clients might be working with me" or something to that effect. So the one new guy I got I was suspicious of and made him out to be the bad guy too and he got the ones that were dupes. Did I make a mistake, yeah. But I didn't steal and resell anything. The graphic elements on those designs could be duplicated be anyone capable of opening Photoshop...even Headless. You can believe whatever GFY version you'd like. I'm telling you how it went down from my end.
I had absolutely NOTHING to do with CJOverkill aside from me being partner on another project. Kal (icefire) dropped that in my lap on day and said he was releasing it. I knew because I was associated with him, that I might have some issues so I consulted a lawyer. That was it. Again, you can choose to believe what you read here on GFY.
I'm really not going to spend my day defending myself over some board beef from 6 years ago involving some tgp templates. I've been ripped off on this board more than a handful of times, and I move on and get back to business. Why not worry more about yourself CDSmith and less about me and how you think I should handle myself on GFY.
