every single muslim ive ever met celebrates christmas even though they don't believe the same things, they go through the motions year after year and never complain. the tvs are bombarded with religious shows and muslim kids sing christmas carol after christmas carol about 'the son of god' which isn't what they believe. no one puts up a fuss so im not sure why you would think that muslims would decide to go violent on this or react any differently than non-muslims?
that being said what the fuck were the teachers thinking? i wouldnt tolerate kids doing anything more than learning the basics about religions just to educate them, maybe just what the religion is based on. if they want to go deeper into it that should be something the kid decides, but making them pray? thats just fucked! good for those kids who didn't want to do it, but sadly it was probably for all the wrong reasons that they didn't
