I am having similar problems with them. A few weeks back I bought a pass for Snakesworld and I never received a url to submit to. I figured it out by using Google, but I lost 3 or 4 days on the pass.
On another occassion I renewed a pass and was invoiced for it. In the past 2 years that meant they would debit my CC automatically, but to my surprise that did not happened and I was told by the TGP that my account was about to expire. Crystal of submitpasses then replied to me saying that I should inform them whenever I have a new invoice and tell them to debit my card. Pretty complicated!
Right now, another pass login that I paid for is repeatedly not working for about one week. I emailed support, John, Crystal over the past week, but none of them replied or took care of the problem. The 2 icq numbers just got a message from me, but are not available either.
Ever since they have the new system, things just don't run smooth anymore. Hope they will be able to fix this as I have always been happy to use their services.
