The problem you are having is multi-level.


#1. You are not our customer.
#2. The "equipment" you want returned is not under your name OR Trey's name.
#3. Your servers are stuck in legal limbo due to the fact that there are some financial
issues with the current "owners" of the account (not going to mention who owns it, you know).
#4. I respect that you have been trying to call us about it, but the fact of the matter is, Trey and you both have ZERO say so on this as this equipment is not in either of your names.
#5. I sent you three emails regarding this, Bro.

To resolve it,

Have the new owners send us a written email allowing us to release the equipment to you. And we will do that, AFTER they pay their bill.

Now do you get it?
