Absolutely! There are still a ton of places on this rock which do not have electricity, thus no connectivity! Also, I am sure these places also do not have a 7/11 (convenience store), which means no pron mags!

The question to ask is: is there an SE which has not been inundated with porn sites---does any SE actually produce porn-less results ???
