Hey guys i apologize for the issues you're having and if you feel you have overpaid for certain passes due to inconsistent communications with our staff please contact me and I will get you compensated.

We just went thru some staffing changes that I think will make a big difference in our customer support. We also implemented a new backend automated system and we're still working out some small bugs (don't we all love technology LOL!).

Anyways feel free to give Devin, Crystal or myself a shout and we will get you all sorted out.
