I've had a brace on it since the day after - the pain was almost unbearable but I don't hit the ER unless there are bones sticking out.

I never really thought it could cause injury since the bag releases as you impact it but looking back I guess I do punch a bit harder than they were intended for - that and the fact that I hit really high on the bag. I think I'm gonna go to the doc tomorrow - the more I think about it possibly being broken the more I worry about my golf swing.
