Why compare by case to case basis? There are a lot of things that Muslims are not doing today, that Christians have been doing?
Have you read European and Christianity history of past?
Remember that Galileo, Science and Church stuff? Remember when a death penalty was given to whomever try to make changes in any beliefs (related to science, astronomy etc.) Church has already accepted.

Take time and read some stuff about
Chtistianity History .. with references and books. A couple more sources are also available, but you might consider them biased, so I am not including.
Everyone who have little history lesson knows Christianity history is full of violence, killing, massacre etc.
I am not saying all this violence and killings by Christians allows Muslims to kill too, I am just telling you Christians have not been holy angels, like you tried to say .. all you need is some history lesson.
