Loitering, hanging out, sitting on floors, planters, or trash cans, leaning on handrails, blocking hallways, storefronts, fire exits, corridors or escalators or escalators, and congregating or walking in groups in such a way as to inconvenience others or impede traffic flow is not permitted.
Yelling, singing, or playing musical instruments, radios and tape players is not allowed. Loud music or noise from any source, including car sound systems, is not permitted.
Appropriate attire is required (shirt, pants and shoes) and profane, offensive or antagonistic slogans or graphics will not be permitted. Offensive attire includes lewd or extreme dress or anything which may offend the sensitivities of others.
Physically or verbally threrating any person, fighting, annoying others through noisy or boisterous activities, staring at or stalking a person through the mall is not permitted.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to leave the restaurant area once purchased.
Littering or damaging mall property with graffiti is prohibited.
Patrons are expected to use the trash cans to dispose of litter.
Using profane or sexually offensive language or conduct or in any way creating a disturbance which interferes, disrupts, or endangers mall patrons is not permitted.
Food court tables are reserved for diners only.
Animals, other than those used for the physically challenged, are not allowed.
The use of skates, skateboards, roller blades, bicycles, or similar equipment is prohibited.
Throwing of objects or spitting on the floors or over the rails is not allowed.
Guns or weapons are not allowed on the property, conceded or otherwise, (except by authorized Police Agencies).
Solicitation or the sale of goods without permission of the mall management is strictly prohibited.
At closing time, patrons are asked to leave the mall property.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during school hours.
All motor vehicles must observe posted speed limits.
Unauthorized vehicles left unattended in fire lanes, handicap spaces or other restricted areas, can be ticketed and towed at owners expense. The posting of handbills any where on mall property is not allowed.
Use of cameras and video equipment within the shopping center must receive prior approval by mall management.
The interior of shopping center is a smoke free environment.
Failure to obey these rules or to comply with the lawful and reasonable requests by the Mall Management or Public Safety, will result in your being asked to leave the mall. If you refuse to leave, you can be arrested and prosecuted for criminal trespassing.
