Clearly this was pre-ordained by fate AND God, not to mention Jesus and probably even MOSES! Yes, I said it, Moses.
Also, God spoke to the creators of the $20 and told them how to design the images so that if folded just so it would slightly resemble to rectangles with "smoke", so that we would all know HIS divine presence.
