This one sent almost 200 k unique visits from google every month, has been ranked for its terms for ages. Certainly a shitload more then 50k pages, probably gets that every few days.
This is one niche, one batch of terms, one site.

Some has actually shown some real proof... still needs to be confirmed, however, seems to be about right in search volume from what it looks...
