There are many tools that can take screen caps from your videos and make galleries from them. I often use a shareware app called Frame Shots to make custom screen caps and then use another software app called Arles to make galleries. But there are indeed many ways to do that.
As far as an affiliate program, the easiest thing for someone like you is to set up your site and use a processior like CCBill as the billing and you can set it up so that other webmasters send you traffic and get paid if people sign up for your site. Of course it's a lot more complicated than that to be successful but that's the basis of it.
