Likely that stat is not from the US. Places like South America, Africa, hell Thailand would be the perfect example of that. ect..ect..
In the US I'd bet the average age they enter would be much much higher. I dunno but I've never seen any 18 year old hookers walking around Daytona or even Orlando. They are always used up nasty ass bitches on crack that I wouldn't touch with a 10 ft pole.
