A child rapist would many times go to a open prison so they can get out on the streets during the day and go to school if they decide to educate themself. There was a small scandal about that once as a prison took several childmolesters weekly to a swimming pool, unfortunately at the same time the schools took the kids swimming as well
Someone doing economical crime will do more time than a murder or child rapist, it's pretty sick
