that is obviously a money grabbing technique
but to really deter copyright infringement, shouldn't the scare be put into those that uploaded the videos? If people start getting sued big for "sharing" videos under the whole "user submitted" website model, it could really put a dent in the piracy thing.
it worked a little bit for music, I think, don't know why they didn't continue with it?
